Started the spring and summer strong and was running about 3 miles three times a week and a longer 6-miler once a week. Kept at the weights and had some improvements in my figure that I'm happy about - like the shoulders I've finally begun to see!
Had a setback a few weeks ago - a dive trip to Bermuda coupled with the commencement of my teaching certification classes and Brenna's new summer schedule and my gym time has gone out the window. I'm sure when I begin again it will be from, well, the beginning.
I hope to get back into the swing of things in the next few weeks as I wrap up school.
